- Summer Camp
Camp Sunshine's weeklong residential Summer Camp program held at Camp Twin Lakes in Rutledge, Georgia, allows children with cancer and survivors to do what many kids do every summer - learn to play tennis, shoot archery, go canoeing and much more. Campers can participate in traditional camping activities, while still being cared for by professional medical personnel at Summer Camp.
- Winter & Summer Excursions
An annual Winter Excursion for 7-12 year olds is an overnight trip to
the zoo, science museum, nature center or other fun place. It is a
great opportunity for new campers to meet the volunteers and make new
friends with other children. The overnight is also a reunion with camp
friends for many of our campers. Summer Excursions may be a fun outing
or a day Program at Camp Sunshine House. Check our calendar of events
regularly for upcoming events for 7-12 year olds.
