Show Your Support of Camp Sunshine With Your Georgia License Plate!
Georgia drivers who care about Camp Sunshine can now show their support on their license plate! Camp Sunshine is working to collect 1000 pre-orders to create a Camp Sunshine Specialty Tag. Once the tags are manufactured, Camp Sunshine will receive a portion of the proceeds from annual tag fees. The tags will only be created once 1000 orders are received so don't wait! Order yours now!
To Pre-Order a Tag:
- Print and complete the application form. You must complete the application in blue or black ink.
- Mail your application form and a check or money order for $25, made payable to Camp Sunshine, to:

Important Information
- You may need to download Adobe Reader to view and print the application.
- We can ONLY accept checks and money orders. Any returned checks will be subject to the fee imposed by the bank.
- The $25 fee is a one-time manufacturing fee only; this fee does not cover any ad valorem taxes.
- In the unlikely event that 1000 pre-orders are not collected within the two year time limit, your $25 will be refunded.
- All applicants must use the vehicle owner's full legal name on application; applicant must have a valid Georgia driver's license and the form must be signed by the vehicle's owner. If a vehicle is jointly owned, it must be signed by both parties.
- You may apply for more than one vehicle; each vehicle must have its own order form but the fees can be included in one check. For example, if a family is applying for tags to go on three different vehicles, they would include three separate forms and one check for $75.
- Future annual fees will include: $20 annual registration fee, $25 annual special tag fee, plus any ad valorem taxes you owe.
- You do not have to wait until your birthday to pre-order a Camp Sunshine Specialty Tag. Tags will only be made once we have 1000 pre-orders so please order yours now!
