Donate Stock

IRA Charitable Distribution
If you are at least 70 ½ years old, you can turn your IRA required minimum distribution into a donation to benefit Camp Sunshine. Click the button below for more information on qualified charitable distributions.
Donor Advised Funds
You can support Camp Sunshine through your Donor Advised Fund (DAF) by recommending a grant to our organization through your fund administrator. Please note that IRS regulations require DAF gifts to be fully charitable, meaning they cannot provide any personal benefit (such as tickets for an event). If you would like to attend a ticketed fundraising event or receive sponsorship benefits, please make that contribution as a personal gift rather than through your DAF.

Fundraisers
Camp Sunshine Road Race
Established in 2001 and originally named for the road that leads to camp, the Road Race began as the Keencheefoonee Road Race. A group of counselors—missing Atlanta’s iconic Peachtree Road Race while volunteering at camp—created a race of their own to rally friends and family around Camp Sunshine’s mission.
Over the past 25 years, volunteers have raised more than $5.9 million in support of our campers.
Sunshine Spectacular
This family-friendly event supports Camp Sunshine by the bringing the best traditions of camp – including the activities, games, songs, s’mores and talent show! – to a night of food, fun and celebration of our community. In addition to ticket sales, generous sponsor donations benefit our year-round programs, offering unforgettable moments for kids with cancer and providing their families with a supporting and caring community.
Wendy’s Frosty Cards
One of our biggest annual fundraising events comes through the generous support of our friends at Wendy’s. Each summer, purchases of a $1 Frosty Card affords guests a free Jr. Frosty at participating locations throughout the state of Georgia.
RaceTrac Coffee for a Cause
RaceTrac has been a generous supporter of Camp Sunshine since 2010. Each September, during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month guests have the opportunity to add $1 to their purchase and/or purchase a $1 candy bar to support. Additionally, during one week in September, all coffee and donut proceeds go directly to support Camp Sunshine.
