This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to information received by Camp Sunshine (“Camp Sunshine”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Our Privacy Policy describes what information we collect from you, including: how we collect it, how we use it, with whom we may share it, and what choices you have regarding our use of your information. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected on our Site, www.mycampsunshine.com (the “Site”), whether accessed via computer, mobile device, or other technology or any associated content, materiality, or functionality contained on the Site (the “Services”).

We also utilize Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google, in order to better understand your use of our Site. Camp Sunshine takes commercially reasonable measures to protect information transmitted via or stored on the Site. However, we cannot guarantee that information that users of the Site may transmit or otherwise supply will be totally secure. You agree to immediately notify us of any breach of the Site’s security, this Privacy Policy, or the Terms of Use of which you become aware.

For your convenience, and to provide you with further resources, hyperlinks may be posted on the Site that link to other websites (the “Linked Sites”). We are not responsible for, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to, the privacy practices of any Linked Sites or of any companies that we do not own or control. Linked Sites may collect information in addition to that which we collect on the Site. We do not endorse any of these Linked Sites, the services or products described or offered on such Linked Sites, or any of the content contained on the Linked Sites. We cannot control the actions of other users of a social media platform and we are therefore not responsible for any Submissions contained on a social media platform or website. Visiting our Website from Outside of the United States

If you are visiting the Site, or any part thereof, from outside of the United States of America, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored or processed in the United States, where our servers are located and our central database is operated. “Do Not Track” Disclosures

California and Delaware law require Camp Sunshine to indicate whether it honors “Do Not Track” settings in your browser concerning targeted advertising. “Do Not Track” is a standard that is currently under development. As it is not yet finalized, Camp Sunshine adheres to the standards set out in this Privacy Policy and does not monitor or follow any Do Not Track browser requests.

 

Children

The Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We will not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, you must ask your parent or guardian to assist you in using the Site.
