Group Workout with BTB Fitness Plan to join BTB Fitness at this group workout at Piedmont Park to benefit Camp Sunshine! Meet at 8:30am (to sign waivers) in the Park Tavern parking lot. We'll begin the fun (warm up and workout) at 9 am and have you done by 10 AM. The workout is scaleable to all levels! $10 donation required. Registration will be available two weeks prior to the workout. |
